Strategy4 is the current evolution of the consulting firm founded in 1978, joined by Dan Tregunno in 1981 and by Jeff Kenny in 2008. Strategy4 is led by Partners Dan Tregunno and Jeff Kenny.

The firm offers a strategy for Development Consulting, Urban Planning, Grading and Earthworks, and Interior Design, drawing on the past 40 years of experience, to provide an integrative approach to projects, developing creative and cost-effective solutions to land use and design projects.

The interdisciplinary nature of Strategy4 and the diversity of its client base has provided a breadth of experience in institutional, community, intensification, high-rise residential, office, commercial, and industrial projects. This scope of experience has encompassed Official Plan Amendments, Zoning By-Law Amendments, Site Plans, Minor Variances, Building Permits, Consents for Severance, and Draft Plans of Subdivision, among other land use planning exercises. This includes resolving land use conflict through sensitive site design, innovative engineering, and creative landscape architecture.
