The firm’s strategy for Urban Planning includes creative design, tight budget controls, and construction review for the full range of urban and land use planning services. Projects include land use master planning, recreation planning, feasibility studies, landscape architecture, site planning, and municipal planning and approvals for private and public clients. Strategy4 will bring sub-consultants to the project as required, and provide leadership and management of specific sub-consultant expertise.
