Strategy4 was engaged to provide a vision for transforming the building, originally constructed in the late-1970, into a state-of-the-art office complex. The overall aim of the project is to improve the building to attract tenants, and thereby, add real value to the property. The strategic location of the building is well-suited for this. Our preliminary façade vignette provides a striking alternative to the existing condition and this type of design will help establish the site as a choice location for urban professionals seeking high-quality office space. While the project remains in the development stages, Strategy4 will continue to act as project managers as it moves into the construction phase.
