This project involved interior design, construction, and project management. The client purchased the building with the improbable task of ensuring that they could re-locate their operations to the new and freshly-renovated space within ninety days. The interior design and construction phases were, by necessity, quite fluid. Despite the challenge, the objective was achieved successfully. Strategy4 delivered on all of the client’s requirements, including private offices, open-concept work areas, leisure spaces, as well as garage and warehouse areas. The building was transformed from an aging and dilapidated building to a state-of-the-art corporate office headquarters for this major transportation company, all within the stipulated time frame.
