The Bristol Circle Office Complex, developed by Stellar Construction Enterprises Ltd., an original land owner in the Winston Business Park, began with the design and construction of two single-storey office buildings of 15,000 sq./ft. each. The concept was to provide tenants with ground level office space with provision for rear access via overhead doors, and to have well-designed and distributive space within a high-quality industrial setting. The complex grew with second- and third-phase buildings guided by the same design intent. The third building, 2650 Bristol Circle, has a ceiling height that allows for the creation of mezzanine space, which most tenants have incorporated. The fifth and final building in the complex is currently in the design stages.
