Strategy4 completed both the space planning and leasehold improvement construction management for this client. The design was based on the need for an open concept work area along with private interview rooms that were visually separated from the main space. The height of the space allowed for the creation of a mezzanine, which was created on the interior walls and linked with a bridge spanning the edge of the open work area. Free-standing walls support the mezzanine bridge and provide definition to the space while maintaining openness and also anchoring the staircase. The ceiling is left open to reinforce the overall volume and distinctiveness of the space.
