Mixed-Use Development – Gravenhurst

Strategy4 prepared site works-related and landscape architecture drawings for site plan approval. The scale of this mixed-use development presented unique challenges – it comprises five new retail/commercial buildings with amenity space for each, with associated roads, greenspace, and appropriate servicing capacity to accommodate this phased development.
