Milton #3 Catholic Secondary School – Milton

Strategy4 worked with the Halton Catholic District School Board to produce the technical land use planning documents and obtain planning approvals for this secondary school. A portion of the thirty-acre site was re-designated from residential to this institutional use through draft plan approval and a zoning by-law amendment, which Strategy4 spearheaded. This was followed by site plan approval for the school site.
