U-Haul Burlington – Burlington

Strategy4 was engaged by U-Haul for their Burlington facility. The development approval scope included re-zoning to legalize the intended use on the subject site, as well as site plan approval. Strategy4 performed the drawing and technical document production and coordinated all relevant sub-consultants. The scope also included site evaluation prior to site acquisition.
