U-Haul Milton – Milton

Strategy4 assisted U-Haul in the adaptive re-use of an existing warehouse into a self-storage and vehicle rental facility. Strategy4 worked with U-Haul and the Town to establish appropriate parking and site design standards for this unique land use and performed full development approvals as required.
